    Position Summary / Responsibilities:


    We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Tier I Help Desk Agents to join our team in Jonesboro, AR to begin an exciting and challenging career with Sebastian Tech Solutions (STS).


    Job Description:


    Provides first line technical support for local and remote users, resolving technical problems and answering queries through various channels such as telephone, chat, email, and tickets submitted online. Follows all company and department documented policies and procedures. Identifies, diagnoses, isolates, and resolves problems with hardware, software, network, and system/applications utilizing technical skills, historical database records, and knowledgebase documentation. Supporting commercial (COTS) software, customer specific applications, internet browsers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices and more. May route tickets to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists, requiring clearly documented descriptions of customers request and all troubleshooting performed. Maintains and updates records in Incident Management and Service Request system.


    This may be a shift work position in a 24x7x365 environment requiring flexibility in work hours.


    Required Education/Skills:


    Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in a call center environment

    Proven hardware/software troubleshooting experience

    Proven experience providing effective and professional communication, addressing moderately complex technical issues via telephone, email, and chat

    Demonstrated commitment and ability to provide excellent customer service

    Ability to work well with all teammates in a fast-paced SLA driven environment

    Interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communications, including the ability to collaborate effectively

    Understanding of IT concepts/practices and experience with common service desk software.

    Proven ability to think and troubleshoot logically and act decisively in critical situations

    Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Windows OS in an enterprise environment

    Experience with account administration and password resets in a Microsoft Active Directory environment

    High school diploma or GED

    Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a US Secret (or higher) clearance

    Desired Education/Skills:


    2+ years of experience in computer hardware/software support

    ITIL Certification or HDI Certification

    Technical certifications such as A+, N+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Support Analyst safeguards critical data, ensuring continuity of operations even when disaster strikes.     What you’ll be doing:


    · Provide essential first-line technical support, addressing software and hardware issues to ensure seamless backup and restore operations.


    · Evaluate and manage information security alerts, conduct detailed analysis, track remediation, and escalate as necessary.


    · Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.


    · Manage IT equipment and software license inventory, keeping a keen eye on the tools essential for robust data protection.


    · Respond promptly and efficiently to service requests and incidents reported by end-users via phone, email, or online ticketing system.

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    Associate or Bachelor’s in the Information Technology field.

    Prior experience working in any of the following four is a plus: Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT), or Service Desk.

    Knowledge of and experience with standard network management systems, security monitoring systems, security information and event management, and forensic analysis tools

    Knowledge of and experience with web proxies, firewalls, Intrusion Protections Systems and/or Detection Systems (IPS/IDS), mail content scanning applications, enterprise antivirus solutions, network analyzers, Domain Name Servers (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).

    Experience communicating directly with mid to senior-level customers or clients.

    Experience documenting work in a ticketing system (Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Remedy)

    Experience and/or understanding of cyber threat intelligence fundamentals.

    Understanding of the practices and principles of ITIL v4 Fundamentals.

    Two to four years of experience in a technical capacity.

  • Core Services Engineer (Chantilly, VA)

    Sebastian Tech Solutions (STS) has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Lead Engineer!


    You would need to show proven experience with the design, deployment and management of Microsoft cloud solutions would be a differentiator. Additionally, engineers will build, maintain, and migrate large scale multi-domain enterprise Windows Server environments to both on-premises, cloud, or hybrid infrastructures including Azure/M365. Engineers will provide support to multiple globally dispersed WAN connected sites. Embracing the DevOps model, engineers will be responsible for supporting their solutions throughout the entire IT project lifecycle, to include refining requirements, creating design documentation, creating installation instructions and deployment plans, and providing O&M support. Project assignments will vary based on skill level, and may include engineering geographically dispersed services, integrating services into public, private and hybrid cloud environments, engineering solutions to be deployed via automated CM tools, and hardening the solutions to address security and SCAP compliance.


    Responsibilities:


    * Plans and directs Azure/M365 infrastructure and related components, services and applications


    * Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems utilizing both on-premises, cloud-based and hybrid hosting technologies and solutions


    * Analyze requirements and system architectures to refine system requirements, specifications and resulting design plans


    * Administer, operate, manage, and maintain components for on-premises and cloud-based virtualized systems


    * Reviews completion and implementation of system configurations and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients


    Deal Breakers:
