DFAS 

Project Description:  The Defense Financial and Accounting Service project provides Tier I – III managed service support to the Agency Globally for all IT Services that enable the Business of DFAS to function.  STS specifically provides Tier II agents who are cleared and certified (Security +) with their 8570 requirements and have clearances from Secret to Top Secret.  They have IT II level access.  We provide this mission critical support from our facility in Jonesboro, AR.  All personnel are ITIL and HDI certified.  We use ServiceNow to record and route tickets and have a first call resolution of 92% (more than 5% higher than the contract average).  STS personnel have significant lower turnover and better attendance than Prime’s personnel.

JPS PSS  

STS supports SAIC, the Prime in the DISA Joint Service Provider (JSP) Platform Service Support (PSS)  program.  The PSS project provides support to the Pentagon Application owners who are hosted on the PSS legacy gear.  This 500+ person contract supports hundreds of mission critical applications in diverse technologies supporting the five locations that make up the Pentagon Reservation.  It includes Mainframe, Oracle, Windows Server, Linux, HP UX, Solaris, Networking and custom application support.  Specifically STS provides skilled Systems Administrators, Database Administrators and Network Engineers.  All personnel are Top Secret cleared and certified (Security +) with their 8570 requirements.  They have IT I or IT II level access.  

DISA GSC

Project Description:  STS supports SAIC, our prime, in delivering the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Global Support Center (GSC).  This is a Service Desk that supports all 100+  Enterprise IT and Communications services DISA offers to the COMBATANT Commands, Services and Agencies.  Additionally, it supports the Forth Estate Network Optimization (4ENO) by providing a consolidated Service Desk Construct for the entirety of the Fourth Estate agencies, thereby consolidating and harmonizing IT operations across the DoD Enterprise. STS specifically provides Tier I and Tier II agents who are cleared and certified (Security +) with their 8570 requirements and have Top Secret Clearances and IT I access.  We provide this mission critical support from our facility in Jonesboro, AR as well as SAIC’s sites in Augusta, Georgia and Salt Lake City Utah.  All personnel are ITIL and HDI certified.  We use ServiceNow to record and route tickets and have a first call resolution of 92% (more than 5% higher than the contract average).  STS personnel have significant lower turnover and better attendance and outperform their Prime peers in all metrics across the board.  We also provide the DISA SME support and the Deputy Transition Manager.  Our Deputy Transition Manage acts as the PM for the SIPRNet Connection sub-project.  She is responsible for planning and leading the two-site connection process and ensuring that the SIPRNet is connected to both sites within the 18 month window.

NYC Cybercommand

Project Description:  STS provides secure warehousing, serialized asset management and shipping for NYC Cybercommand’s provisioned hardware authentication tokens.  STS performs these services from its secure warehouse in Jonesboro, AR.  We conduct monthly cycle counts and track these mission critical serialized assets as well as shipping them in tamper evident, double wrapped packaging.

GSA

AIG  

Project Description:  STS acts as the reseller and SME for YubiEnterprise, a hardware token based authentication mechanism that replaces username and password with a hardware token.  STS provides Secure Logistics for this fortune 500 company, securely warehousing, picking, packing and shipping these items globally to AIG employees.  STS provides pre-paid duty and VAT calculation and serialized asset management.  STS provides integration services to include PunchOut and SAML integration from AIG’s SAP implementation to STS’s Web Portal.

AESD

Project Description:  The Army Enterprise Service Desk provides Tier I – III managed service support to the US Army globally for all IT Services that enable the Business of the Army to function.  STS specifically provides Tier I and Tier II agents who are cleared and certified (A+ to Security +) with their 8570 requirements and have clearances from Secret to Top Secret.  They have IT I and IT II level access.  We provide this mission critical support from our facility in Jonesboro, AR.  All personnel are ITIL and HDI certified.  We use ServiceNow to record and route tickets and have a first call resolution of 92% (more than 5% higher than the contract  average).  STS personnel have significant lower turnover and better attendance than Prime’s personnel.

BT Federal

Project Description: BT Federal uses STS in both a Subject Matter Expert capacity and to design its Managed Service Security offering.  STS provided Cyber Security SME’s as well as CyberNetOps tool SME’s (also known as OSS Architects).  STS Cyber SME’s designed the MSS offering to correspond to the GSA’s EIS MSS requirements.  Following the successful development of the Service and Concept of Operations (CONOPS), STS designed the IL4 compliant collection of SOC Tools to enable the MSS Service. Additionally, STS acted as subject matter experts and accompanied BT Federal to high level meetings with perspective partners to evaluate SOC Tools and other emerging tool sets that BT Federal was considering bringing to the Federal Space.

OSD CTRT

Project Description: The Office of the Secretary of Defense Comptroller required a solution to their Defense Financial Management Certificate Training Management Platform.  This platform manages the Program, Certifications, Classes and Trainings that enable the Defense FM Certificate Program.  The existing platform (SAP Hana) was cumbersome and resulted in dramatic dissatisfaction by the user community.  The OSD Comptroller’s office contracted with Grant Thornton (Prime) to deliver a solution based on Oracle and .Net technology.  STS provided the Database Architect/Developer and the .Net Senior Architect who devised and led the technical team.  The team used the Agile development process.  We performed the development work in AWS GovCloud and migrated the solution to the production using milCloud 2.0.  

GDIT DISA Army Europe Rubric

STS is contracted to perform Professional Services on DISA Mil Cloud 2 Contract. We are implementing 33 Rubric bricks in Germany.  Rubrik Cloud Data Management is a single software fabric that manages all data in the cloud, at the edge, or on-premises for many use cases including backup, disaster recovery, archival, compliance, analytics, and copy data management. Comprehensive data management is delivered through instant access, automated orchestration, and enterprise-class scalability and resiliency.

Army NETCOM 7th Command

STS to support the Rubrik Platform On-Prem Installation project at 39 sites in the Continental United States. Rubrik Cloud Data Management is a single software fabric that manages all data in the cloud, at the edge, or on-premises for many use cases including backup, disaster recovery, archival, compliance, analytics, and copy data management. Comprehensive data management is delivered through instant access, automated orchestration, and enterprise-class scalability and resiliency.

DISA FPC Migration

STS partnered with Perspecta to use the CSC II contract to deliver a mission-critical capability called Open Sensor Platform.  STS provided skilled personnel who aided in hardening the BluVector sensors.  Our experienced Accreditation team developed the required controls while our engineering team partnered with the vendor to resolve findings after applying the required DoD STIGs.  Normally projects of this nature take up to a year.  STS moved out and is on track to deliver a complete solution from ATO to pre-installation and installation planning to developing operational SOP's and operations transition manuals within 4 months
